Engr. Mohammed Khairul Mostafa is a veteran port-engineer and procurement leader with 40 years in Bangladesh's maritime sector. A CUET Mechanical Engineer with a Dutch Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis in Port, Shipping & Transport Management, he rose to Chief Engineer at Chittagong Port, buying 200+ handling machines and directing ADB/World Bank container -terminal projects. As an independent advisor to SMEC, ADB, JICA and Korean firms, he now guides PPP terminals, dredging and crane tenders.

Physics and a Tokyo Category B Hydrographic Diploma, he steered Karnaphuli River dredging and jetty builds as Senior Hydrographer at Chittagong Port.
